LOS ANGELES — Two months after the coronavirus brought the 2019-20 NBA season to a halt, basketballs are starting to bounce again in the Association. The league is allowing teams in places where stay-at-home orders are easing to let players back into their training facilities. Not for practices or scrimmages. Not even for group workouts.
