The NASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series has been a welcomed addition to the current sports landscape as major leagues around the country (and world) have shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After a warm reception from fans and viewers after broadcasting the season-opening Dixie Vodka 150 at Homestead-Miami Speedway on March 22, FOX Sports committed to air the remaining NASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series races on its family of television networks and streaming platforms.

Not only are viewers tuning in, but betting on the virtual racing series has been approved in a handful of states, prompting DraftKings Sportsbook to begin offering odds on NASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series races, starting at Bristol on April 5.

William Byron ultimately won the Food City Showdown at Bristol, cashing for bettors at 4-1 odds.
